The Professional Development Institutes are a series of workshops sponsored by OCPA designed to provide professional development opportunities throughout the year for members of OCPA.

OCPA Winter Book Club
 Registration Deadline: Dec. 9th Location: Online via Zoom & at the Annual Conference
 Cost : $10 Per Person
If it is not about titles, salary-level, or status, then what is leadership? According to Dr. Brené Brown, it is taking responsibility to recognize the potential in others and developing that potential. During the month of December and over winter break we will be reading "Dare to Lead: Brace Work. Tough Conversations. Whole Heart" by Brené Brown to discuss how to be better leaders in our own lives. In this hybrid bookclub we will meet twice virtually and then have an in-person meeting at the OCPA annual conference (form those who can make it). 
 
Cost: $10/participant
-First 5 people to sign-up will receive a book with their registration

-Wednesday, December 19th at noon (virtual)
-Wednesday, January 9th at noon (virtual)
-Thursday, January 24th at 9:10am (annual conference)
