Conference Registration

Registration for the 2018 OCPA Annual Conference has officially opened!

Current Members of OCPA should register for the conference by logging in to the OCPA Member Portal first. Members will find a link to the Member Registration Page on the landing of their Portal. *Please note: OCPA Member Prices are only available through the Member Registration Page.*

Non-Members can register by using the Public Registration Page. OCPA encourages all Non-Members to consider joining OCPA prior to the registering for the conference in order to access reduced registration costs.

Group Registrations are available through either portal, however, OCPA Member Ticket Prices are only available through the Member Registration Page inside the OCPA Member Portal.

Registration Fees

Early Bird Registration will open on Monday, October 23rd and will close on Sunday, November 5th.

Standard Registration will open on Monday, November 6th and will close on Friday, December 15th.

*Important note: OCPA Memberships are required for the discounted rate. Membership Renewal and New Member Registration are not available this year through the conference registration form. Membership links will be coming soon. As long as you have an active membership at the time of the conference, you are eligible for the discounted rate*

Late Fees:

A $25.00 late fee will be charged to any person that registers for the Annual Conference after Friday, December 15, 2017.

**An additional $25.00 late fee will be charged to any person that registers for the Annual Conference on site on either Thursday, January 25th or Friday, January 26th.**

Please note - no refunds are available for conference registrations. The only exception to this is in the event of a Level Three Snow Emergency that requires the cancellation of the annual conference.

Conference Hotel

We encourage you to stay with us at The Doubletree Hotel and Conference Center.

Room Reservations at the Doubletree Hotel can be made for $103 per night by reserving your room using the OCPA Hotel Registration Link

Program Sessions

The Call for Programs for the OCPA Annual Conference has closed. If you have questions about program proposals, please contact our Educational Sessions Committee Chair, Michael Griest.

Pre-Conference Institute Options

The Pre-Conference Institute Options traditionally offered on the Wednesday prior to the start of the Annual Conference will now be offered as part of the Annual Conference on Thursday and Friday at no additional cost to conference registrants. More information about the Emerging Professionals Institute, Equity and Inclusion Institute, and the Mid Level Managers Institute will be available soon. For questions, please contact:

Silent Auction Donations

This is your opportunity to give back. Any money raised by the silent auction will be awarded as scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students interested in our field! If there are items that could showcase your campus or greater community such as tickets to an event, a piece of artwork, books, or a gift basket, please consider making a donation to the silent auction.

If you are able to make a gift, please contact Robin Gagnow for inquiries and next steps, or simply bring your item to the conference. Thank you in advance for helping award scholarships to undergtaduate and graduate students interested in the field. See you there!

Call for Volunteers

We are in need of volunteers to the 2018 OCPA Annual Conference. Volunteers are needed to staff the registration table, career resource room, and the silent auction. If you are intersted and willing, be sure to indicate that you would like to volunteer on your conference registration.
