OCPA is committed to providing professional development opportunities for higher education professionals across Ohio. The Professional Development Institutes are a series of workshops sponsored by OCPA designed to provide professional development opportunities throughout the year for members of OCPA.
OCPA PDI Resilience in an Uncertain Climate

OCPA will be continuing 2017-18 Professional Development Institutes (PDIs) with OCPA Resilience in an Uncertain Climate. Join us on Saturday, Feburary 24th at Kenyon College from 12pm to 3pm as we discuss the following topics:

DACA: What it means for our students
Dear Colleague roll back, what now?
Featured Speakers Include:
Robin Hart Ruthenbeck, Ed.D., Dean of Students at Kenyon College, will be leading the discussion on supporting students on both sides of the political spectrum.
Anthony Polito, Coordinator in Student Conduct at Columbus State Community College, will be leading the discusson on the Dear Colleague Letter rollback.
Bowen Marshall, Ph.D., Associate Director of Student Life at The Ohio State University and OCPA current Past President, will be leading the discussion on DACA and supporting students.
Registration is available for OCPA Members at a cost of $10 until Wednesday, February 21, 2018!
